Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for kids and teens are designed to develop physical, mental, and emotional strength. Students will learn self-defense techniques while improving their focus, discipline, and fitness. Our safe and supportive environment helps young learners build confidence, improve coordination, and develop lifelong skills that can be applied both on and off the mat.
Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science Of Eight Limbs” because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact,” as opposed to “two points” (fists) in Western boxing and “four points” (hands and feet) used in sport-oriented martial arts.
The objective of Submission Grappling is to submit your opponent using a variety of joint locks and chokes, or to win the match by points. Competitions in this sport resemble Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions, although competitors do not usually wear gis.
Aimed at kids ages 6-13 yrs old, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program integrates physical education and self-defense technique with conditioning and skill-building games aimed at improving coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility.

We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Our kids' programs typically start at age 4, while our teen and adult programs are designed to accommodate beginners through advanced students.
Do I need prior experience to join?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all experience levels, from beginners with no prior training to advanced practitioners looking to refine their skills. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers) and bring water. If you’re trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we have loaner gis available. For Muay Thai and MMA, bring hand wraps and gloves if you have them—otherwise, we can provide equipment for beginners.
Consistency is key! We recommend training at least 2-3 times per week for steady progress. However, even attending once a week will help build your skills over time.
